Your advocate, not your salesman.
Anthony Moreiras-Mita started AMM in 2018 because he was tired of the hidden fees, vague answers, and pressure tactics that give this industry a bad name.
He built AMM to do the opposite: explain the process clearly, document the claim properly, and tell people the truth about what their policy may or may not cover.
If you hire AMM, you’ll know how the fee works, what happens next, and where things stand. No guessing. No pressure. No fake promises.

What Happens When You Call AMM
No hidden process. No vague promises. We inspect the damage, explain the numbers, handle the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and keep you updated from start to settlement.
Free Claim Review
You call or fill out the form. We listen to what happened, ask the right questions, and tell you honestly whether it makes sense to move forward.
Inspection and Policy Review
Anthony reviews the damage, the policy, and any insurer offer or denial. You get a clear explanation of what is covered, what may be missing, and where the carrier may be lowballing or pushing back.
Documentation and Claim Strategy
We build the claim properly with photos, estimates, supporting documentation, and a clear scope of loss. We also explain key numbers like deductible, depreciation, replacement cost, and Loss of Use in plain English.
Negotiation and Carrier Communication
AMM handles the back-and-forth with the insurance company, submits the supporting claim package, pushes back on low offers or denials, and keeps you updated by phone, email, and text.
Settlement and Next Steps
When the claim reaches resolution, we walk you through the settlement, explain what gets paid now versus later, and let you know if additional supplements or follow-up are needed.
Frequently asked questions
Insurance claims are confusing, especially when you are already dealing with property damage, repairs, and deadlines. These are the questions people usually ask before they decide what to do next.
What does a public adjuster actually do?
A public adjuster works for you, not the insurance company. We review the policy, inspect the damage, document the loss, prepare the claim, and negotiate with the carrier on your behalf.
When should I call AMM?
The earlier, the better. Call before you accept a low offer, agree to an incomplete scope of damage, or throw away items that should be documented as part of the claim.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Use this only if it matches your approved fee language: AMM works on a contingency basis, which means the fee is agreed in advance and paid from the settlement, not out of pocket.
Does hiring a public adjuster change my deductible?
No. Your deductible is set by your insurance policy. Hiring a public adjuster does not increase it, remove it, or replace it.
Will you deal directly with the insurance company?
Yes. We handle the back-and-forth with the carrier, submit supporting documentation, and keep you updated so you are not chasing adjusters, emails, and deadlines on your own.
What should I do before the first call?
Take photos, prevent further damage if it is safe to do so, keep any receipts, and do not throw away damaged materials before they are documented.
How long does the process take?
Every claim is different. Some claims move quickly. Others take longer because of inspections, supplements, or disputes. The goal is not speed at any cost. The goal is a properly documented claim and a fair outcome.
Can you help with underpaid or denied claims?
Yes. Many property owners call after a claim has been delayed, underpaid, or denied. We review what has already been submitted, identify gaps in the estimate or documentation, and determine the best next step.
Free claim review. No obligation. No pressure.
